If Batman can take out Superman or the Flash, he can take out Spider-man. I've seen Punisher take out Spider-man. I'm not saying it would be easy though. It wouldn't. -

yeah, Bats would win. Nothing against Spidey but in hand to hand combat he seriously lacks and besides, Batman is a genius...Parker may have chemistry know how but that is nothing compared to Bruce's overall genius and fighting skillComment

I want Spidey to win this one but Bats is a hand-to-hand expert. In addition, he has all those wonderful toys. Granted Bats can't pull out some kind of Kryptonite to knock Spidey down to size, but I am willing to bet he pulls something out of his belt to quickly eliminate those webs. WHICH Batman, and WHICH Spiderman? Although I think a fight between the '66 tv Batman and the current newspaper Spiderman would have unlimited entertainment value.
