Hulk vs Batman: that was the Lou Ferrigno Hulk. Batman kicks Hulk in the gut and makes him stop holding his breath? Besides teh set up with Banner working at Wayne Tech has Bill Bixby all over it. It was all about the TV tie ins. Thats why Wonderwoman showed up for no reason at all. She was on TV too. Hulk and Wonder Woman were teh big TV hits of the time.
The thing that gives me this idea is the "What If Punisher Killed Spiderman?"
In the What If, Frank figures out that spidey hasa a Spidey sense and uses it agaisnt him.
He KNOWS Spider Sense will go off at the sight of Doc ock. But what Frank was counting on was Spidey getting close enough to Doc Ock without realizing the reason his Sense was going off was because it was a BOMB inside a Doc Ock dummy. BOOM> Dead Spider.
Batman would not know about Spideys Spidersense. Based on that Bats would lose.
Batman and Spidey are two seprate universes who RARELY meet . I can take the cross overs too seriously. ( Supes makes Dr Doom beg for mercy outside his embassy?)
Spider Sense beats everything. Plus he is more agile, faster and tougher.
Gizmos ? Fighters?
Green Goblin, Goblin Battlevan, Big Wheel, Beetle, Doc Ock, etc. Spidermans gimmick is Science.
Batmans gimmick with him and his rogues gallery is mental illness.
Fighters?
Kraven, White Tiger, Kingpin, etc.
Spidey can fight.
What about Venom and Batman? Does Venom have Spidersense? he wouldnt hesitae like Parker might.

Other than reading minds I cant think of more useful power than Spider Sense. Where the heck did Stan come up with it? Do spiders really have that ???
