Exactly. People seem to forget how tough Spidey is. Sure, he got kicked around early in his career as a teenager, but he now has years of experience as well.

Back in Secret Wars number 2 or 3? Spidey was kicking the crap out of ALL the X-Men at the same time. It took a mental blast by Prof. X to finally stop him.

I mean, come on, Spider-Man's reflexes allow him to dodge bullets. How many times has Batman been shot? Batman wouldn't stand much of a chance.

I am not a big Bat fan but if he knows who he is going up against batman prepares and plans and he would beat spidey. however if they just stumble across each other Spidey has the advantage.

The superpowers don't play into this at all (just ask Bane, Croc, Clayface, Poson Ivy, Mr. Freeze, etc), its a matter of is Bats smart enough to outfox Petey? The answer is yes, of course. He's The Batman after all.

Batman wins, that's what he does. Spider-Man gets beat, that's kinda his thing. Batman would work out a way to beat him.

I want Spidey to win this one but Bats is a hand-to-hand expert. In addition, he has all those wonderful toys. Granted Bats can't pull out some kind of Kryptonite to knock Spidey down to size, but I am willing to bet he pulls something out of his belt to quickly eliminate those webs. The only way Spidey takes this fight is if he comes in quick and does not pull any punches; he has to use his speed.
