    I don't think you're missing much....It ain't no "Batman"

I recorded these when the Encore Action Channel aired them some years back. I think I recorded all of them. But I did buy a nice bootleg (recorded from the Action channel) for my brother for his birthday. He leaves them here so we can watch them together.

Scheduled all of them on my DVR (except for one hour due to a conflict), thanks for the heads up

Unfortunately not. The Green Hornet series is tied up in as much red tape as the Batman classic series. One interesting difference is that Van Williams STILL gets paid when the Green Hornet show is broadcast. Adam West lost his royalty payments after its third run in syndication back in 1972.

The last time I saw this was when FX aired it all those years ago. Think they had the '66 Batman series too.

Unfortunately, I don't have a DVR yet, but I may have to blow the dust off of the VCR for this one!

You know Anthony, I have thought about that as well. But when I have checked in on the Hornet fan sites to measure the "buzz", it's pretty bad. Long time fans are very unhappy with the comedic treatment. Can you blame them? I'll see it when it comes out on video. I loved the Van Williams interpretation. But this notion that a new Green Hornet is a dunce, is not something I'm interested in embracing for the cost of a movie ticket. I think the studio is front loading it with hype in hopes it will get a big opening weekend, before it disappears into oblivion...I hope.

No problem Tim. I'm looking forward to seeing these. All I have is the DVD movie they put out about 10 years ago. It's an odd feature because it just seems to go on forever. I'll have to switch these to disc when the marathon is over.

So true! I have to say with the Twilight Zone marathon and now the Green Hornet marathon, I will have watched the SYFY channel more in the past two weeks, then I have in the past five years! Maybe if their programming gets better, they'll get some regular viewership back.
