I'll have to see how it looks "in action." It's not so off the wall I won't give it a chance. The fact that Ultimate Cap's costume made it makes me think this one will last for however long the new Cap is around. Until Steve Rogers comes back.
As far as Marvel claming Steve Rogers will stay dead I think they claimed that about Mr. Fantastic and Dr. Doom as a few years back. We know how that worked out.
They are just saying that to drum up intrest in the new Cap, otherwise they themselves would already be admitting failure.
