Batman: The Brave and the Bold JUMPS THE SHARK!

    IMO....Because of this:

Blue Beetle's going to appear in most of the Brave and the Bold's this year and we're hoping to develop a live-action show. Fingers crossed!

He's probably the least liked guest character on the show. He's a teenager in space armor with zero personality. That's strange and disappointing.

This is part of the new synergy between DC Comics and DC Entertainment (or something like that), where Johns new role is to get a lot of these properties to the big and small screen.

DC has been pushing the Jamie Reyes version of Blue Beetle since his inception. Just as his series was tanking, he got a reprieve by being one of the more heavily used (and toy-marketed) guest-stars on B&B.

Now they're using his B&B appearances as a springboard to get this live action series made.

Nothing like cramming a character that NOBODY cares about down your throat in all sorts of media....

This was a bad thing for Happy Days, but Batman and Sharks are wonderfully entertaining!

I read that too. I wonder how much BB we'll see on B&B. He's definitely on of the recurring guest stars (Aquaman, Green Arrow, Plastic Man and BB seem to be the main guest stars), so if it's no more than previously, I can take it. I actually don't dislike the character, and my kid loves him, although he agrees Ted is cooler.

I don't mind a 3 hero team-up once in a while but if they're shoe-horning in Blue Beetle every other episode just to promote the character...

Since the series is so much fun to watch already, I'll reserve judgment until I see them.
