Biel's reps confirmed to Entertainment Weekly yesterday that she has passed on the role.

Darn it!!!! I was really looking forward to her being WW,oh well I guess bring the transformers girl then

I think it's a no-brainer that they should go the Reeve/Routh route and cast a relative unknown. I realize the WW franchise doesn't stack up to Supes, and so maybe they figure they need someone with more pop and recognizability to sell it..
