I got the $25 credit as well but when I just went on and tried to order something it did not show up. you notice in the emails there is no promo code for the 25.00? it's supposed to just show up when you check out, but guess what, it doesn't. at least not yet. maybe it takes a day to show up?

Well, they sent me the notice for the $25.00 credit, so I went on and ordered a couple trade paperbacks...and the $25.00 was taken off at checkout, making my total order $5.00 with free shipping. So no omnibus editions, but hey, I can't complain for getting a couple nearly free books as the outcome for a situation I pretty much knew wasn't going to happen anyway.

I ordered the FF book for myself, and a toy and a CD for my daughter, so I'd get the Super-Shipper saving. We got the cancellation email, and in it, Amazon informed us our entire order was canceled. My wife checked our status this morning, and the toy had shipped, and our account was charged for shipping. She called Amazon to complain and they refunded our shipping to our account, and the cost of the toy (which had shipped) and will now ship the CD with no additional charge. And I still have the $25 in our account.

This has to have been a nightmare for them, but I must say, they are handling it pretty well.
