Such a dramatic price cut. You almost wonder if Amazon made a mistake with these prices. $8 bucks for some seems insane.

Thanks for the heads up...I ordered 9 Omnibus' from them. $8.24 is just SICK!!! for these. If this goes well and I get all 9 of the ones I ordered I may just order the Omnibus' that were $14.99. Now I won't miss my Wolverine mini series I sold a long time ago

Don't forget to look past the Omnibuses. I think there's some kind of price mistake going on. I found lots of other stuff marked at $14.99 including Complete Invincible Vol. 1, Madman Gargantua, the new Criminal hardcover, lots of the standard Walking Dead hardcovers, several of the EC Archives, and the Complete Bone.

It'll be nice if Amazon fills these, but I have a feeling come Monday morning we're going to see some cancellation notices.

I'm just curious...cause I don't use amazon at all except for the WGSH Book when it came out...How legal is it for Amazon to send out notices saying that they made a price mistake?? I mean, it's not my fault that they may have F'd up when it came to pricing. If you look at the prices too it has $14.99 crossed out and $8.24 as the new price...so in that case I assume that $14.99 was the price before they discounted it and even at that price they should have realised that there was a pricing error. If they do send the notices, saying they can't fill the orders, that's really F'd up...they should honor those prices.

This deal has been posted all over the internet. I doubt any of these orders will actually go through, but I ordered 14 volumes just in case.

                          From Amazon's website info:

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Still, you never know- I ordered 6 books. If I get 'em, that's still $30 odd less than the cover price of anyone of them alone. We'll see.

This ain't a can of beans at the local supermarket.

A pricing mistake like that could really hurt them.

Personally, if it was a mistake, I'd find it very unusual if they
honored a pricing like that IF it was a mistake.

Looks like Amazon has caught their price mistake on most of these titles. I think it's safe to assume we'll be getting cancellation e-mails very soon.
