Even though the creator of the male Cheetah might have been gay, he was still drawing for what is considered the predominately heterosexual male comic audience. The male Cheetah's sexual characteristics, his genitals, were removed. But the female Cheetahs sexual characteristics, her double d breasts, were left intact to bounce wild and free as she ran around in the buff.
Now going back to the figure you posted which started this thread. Let's be totally honest here, nothing were-creature or monsterous about her. You remove the painted on top and shorts and you are left with a beautiful, busty naked woman with a bad case of freckles. She really should be clothed
There's absolutely nothing wrong with sexy and there's nothing wrong with a little pandoring. But it can be taken to extremes and you end up with the hyper-sexualized charactures of women and then it stops being fun and sexy and becomes sexist.
Just because you may or may not see it or don't think it's a problem doesn't mean it's not there.

Maybe a little, as far as I can see, but not enough, I think, to be
too concerned about it.
too concerned about it.
