Egghead: Jeffrey Combs
Penguin: Jack Black
Riddler: John Leguizamo
Joker: Hugh Laurie

Jack Nicholson's Joker would fit in perfectly for that series. Al pacino as the Penguin. Jeffrey Tambor as Egghead would be a blast as well. Tina Fey as Catwoman...there's something strangely sexy about that woman.
