I don't think it's too fair to come down on ol' HYDRO MAN...
I mean at least two of the "main 4 elements" are represented
in comicbook land... and they are adored---i.e. HUMAN TORCH,
SANDMAN/CLAYFACE...so waters' gotta get some love.
