I don't think it's too fair to come down on ol' HYDRO MAN...
I mean at least two of the "main 4 elements" are represented
in comicbook land... and they are adored---i.e. HUMAN TORCH,
SANDMAN/CLAYFACE...so waters' gotta get some love.

Yeah----there's some cool stuff with water involving him---but I'm looking for
a guy more "made" out of water like Hydroman (or Iceman I guess)

popular comic villain/hero.
That's pretty close---he "makes" a lot of air....but it'd be cool to see
a villain that transforms into air---I don't know if that one power alone
could carry a character though...but I think a guy made out of water
CAN be legitimate instead of Spidey's own "Killer Moth" dangit
