I am a hard core reader of Marvel and DC comics.
As for Marvel, I don't think anything can touch this guy.

"The Sentry". He scares me. He has this dark persona (sorta like his Kryptonite) that has an unpredictable "alternate personality" (That Norman Osborne thinks he is going to try and control) and his limits have no been discovered yet.

As for "making someone" I don't think we could actually make a character or anyone in Marvel could take this guy. He is really off the scales and making a custom Mego last year of him was really fun also. I have him currently on a large clear fishing line string flying above my shelves.

The Sentry....'nuff said.

I'll agree on the Sentry. He just took out the Molecule Man without even blinking. Tore Carnage in half and tossed him into the sun didn't even break a sweat. Morgan Le Fey's magic just tickles.

It doesn't look like he can die, and he's nutty as a fruitcake.

Although Cyclops just single handedly took out his darker half The Void over in Uncanny X-Men, but I'm suspecting this will come back and bit Scott down the road.

As Captain America pointed out in Ultimate AVengers, giving Hulk an intellect pretty much takes away his edge. Y'know... "Madder Hulk Gets etc". The ability to reason things through won't make him stronger.

Okay. But Not Bruce Banner or Rick Jones. See Captain America was such a good superhero because he was GOOD. ANd he had the most wonderful weapon. A SHIELD! He can protect OTHERS. I agree with Flagsmasher Cap should have been captain freedom or something.

I realized that about halfway through writing the Original Post.
But what seems to get me is I'm talking about character. But I admit I was never into X Men and bailed before the sentry stuff started up.

I saw him in the first few issues of Avengers, then I read the Hulk takes over the world Cival War" Denumont "<Spelling?>( you know the thing they write After)

I thought him being crazy but having a newcomer superman rip off come in must have something pretty cool. But I thought it was a cop out to FINALLY show who the most powerful fight would be hulk and Thor,

Good call. He's the only thing that causes Norman to break into a cold sweat, and their oddball friendship is the making for disaster.
