One thing that did intrigue me from Alex Ross' Universe X was the fact that Franklin Richards was Galactus (something along the lines of Franklin's powers coming online, killing Galactus and then having to become him).

Byrne always hinted at Franklin's latent Mutant Powers, particularly since he's got the power to create Pocket Universes (see Onslaught/Heroes Reborn/Heroes Return), something that Hickman has recently started to address in the pages of Fantastic Four.

Adult Mutant Frankilin also seemed to have to power to cheat death in Days of Future Past when he came back during Days of Future Present.

In the latest Uncanny X-Men issues, a part of the void has been trapped inside her Diamond form like a lava-lamp.

Scott went into her mind to rescue her and it was revealed the The Void was just using her to get into Scott's head (as the leader of all of Mutant-kind). Given his past relationship(s) with Jean/Phoenix, he's actually revealed to have extremely powerful psychic guards, and the Void currently remains trapped and caged inside Scott.
