When the gods were reborn, somehow Loki took possession of Sif's body, while Sif's spirit was trapped in an old woman's form. The whole plot was to get Thor to "kill" Loki/Sif's body out of rage and torment him but it didn't end up going that route....maybe due to JMS leaving the book. Sif is back in her own body and Loki is a dude again.

I thought for Sure Loki showed up in the last book of Dark Avengers as a Dude.

Looks to be the major plot point in Seige. The Cabal is going after Asgard on behalf of Loki.

IIRC, his own "Family" of FF consisting of Valeria (his first love), Kristoff (his "son"), and Doom's Guardian/Manservant Boris.

Kristoff was The Inhuman Torch because of Doom's experimentation.
