I guess that depends on the era of the comic you read. obviously the modern Joker is demented, in other eras he has been a poorly executed comic releif vilklian and sociopath.

Definitely the Joker, given the amount of lucid moments that Norman as had lately with the help of his meds.
Which arguably makes The Green Goblin a more compelling character, because he can have relationships and somewhat relatable accomplishments that are entirely tragic when it all comes crashing down around him time and time again. Particularly with his relationship with Harry for example.Comment

I say the Green Goblin is more demented! The joker is funny colored because of chemical exposure. He wears a funny colored suit. Norman has a whole second side! He chooses to dress up in a costume like a goblin. He made a personal flight device. Joker is an ****** who is after revenge for being turned into the funny colored guy. The Goblin started before he hated Spidey. I say dressing up like a green fictional being and flying around New York is way more demented... Just my opinion, try no to hate me all you Joker lovers.Comment
