Well ep 3 is John Stewart's origin. It's good. Guy was not in it so the clip is later down the road.

This show continues to surprise. John's back story was far more intense than I ever expected, but very well done. I honestly don't know who to root for at this point. Both Hal and John have some serious issues! But in a good way. Compelling stuff.

Just watched #3. John's mother was nuts. In the comics, John was an architect, in the show, he's an artist. They're using elements from Kyle Rayner. Am enjoying the show. Still hope they can work in Alan Scott in future seasons.

Well thanks to Lanterns DC Comics mini-series Millennium seems to become relevant again... Now I need to go back and reread that box (mini-series and crossovers). 2951023-ad-millennium-main.jpg

That was my favorite post Crisis mini and crossover. Written by the man who connected the Manhunters to the Green Lanterns, Steve Engelhart, and drawn by Joe Staton. Reading the issue of Secret Origins that came out at the time, detailing the history of the Manhunters is also a must. The series that spun out of it, New Guardians, unfortunately stunk.
