Not only that...but instead of seeing this on screen at all times...

...we get to see this annoying face instead...

      This is a personal opinion, but I've viewed SPIDEY 1, 2 & 3
as "fun" superhero movies, i.e. never feeling "too dry"
      throughout all of 'em.

I also never thought of them as movies you couldn't take
your kids to---and even tho' that quality is not NECESSARY to me---
      it's certainly a strong point.

The more that a family can enjoy these movies, the better.

Showing up when he least expects it to make Spidey's life a living hell.

He pulls off the fishbowl for the big reveal... and Spiderman is all "Who are You?"

Leave it to Campbell to do his classic floundering posturing at that point... I'm the guy who wouldn't let you in the theatre! I'm the ****** of a maitre d! etc. You ruined my show-biz career at that Wrestling match, and I've been savoring my revenge!

Let Maguire do his "What the?" face, mayhem ensues.

Don't make it the crux of a movie, just give Campbell his little moment to shine (perhaps before the opening credits roll).
That is FUNNY! Very well put.

That is brilliant and exactly the type of thing Raimi might do of course if Bruce gets any larger they may have to cast him as the kingpin

I would rather see them pair down to just 1 villian in a well written plot. since 4 might be the last go out on a high note. lizard is the best choice for a villian. Morbius is like the punisher when the character was created it was new and interesting but now with SOOO many vampire films and 3 blade films vampires are passe'. nevermind they will probably go pretty boy vampire becuase of twilight and the ann rice vampire films

Yeah maybe it could be 'The Count" from Sesame street instead

                Now, now

All they have to do is make Morbius as palatable as any other
Spidey-villain that Raimi has presented and he'll be just as family-friendly
                in my eyes.
----I didn't even think Venom was all that over-the-top horrific
altho' I heard different from some parents...I dunno.

Like I said before, I don't find family-friendly NECESSARY, I just find it helpful
because it's picking the brains of a wider-age audience, which in my opinion
is cool for a superhero icon.

The good thing here in a debate is that most people here
liked "Raimi Spidey" on the whole as it has stood, so, aside from
correcting a bit of a drop in the third one---Raimi basically just has
to continue doing what he HAS been doing already and things should be
                peachy

I really didn't like the Goblin costume. Someone said he looked like he belonged on Power Rangers... and Bruce is putting on some weight. Which is also a bit disturbing because he had a big health/fitness rant on his old website but I think it carried over to "If Chins Could Kill." He was really hard on chubby kids. And actors too as I recall.

That USA movie where he was an Astronaut was kind of scary. He looked bad there. I just taped a 2hr Burn Notice to see if I can sort of get into that show. I don't know what the 2hr thing is. Pilot? Did they do a 2hr one for Sweeps? I'll look around the web.

But Spidey 3 was really bad in my opinion. Too much rewriting of story elements and just too "what can we cram in here?"

Burn notice is dcent for a made for USA show. the good thing is you don't need to see every episode to follow it so it's one to stop as you cahnnel search. Bruce is in a supporting role so you only see him about 8-10 minutes nax in an episode

That is what I thought but that Loose Ends ended in a cliffhanger. Not funny. It was OK like I expected but I have no idea what episode should be next or how I'll catch it. USA was running a Marathon. It was probably the next episode that came on.
