Most people have probably forgotten JLGL's initial run on DC's Atari Force comic....his stuff was fantastic and I was sorry to see him leave and be replaced by the sub-par Eduardo Baretto....
I like Baretto, but he always seems to follow Lopez, which no one should have to do!
I would just like to add that while you are looking for the folders at Target you may also be interested in this as well. Note that the flash from my camera in the picture makes a part of the subject note book look white when it really is not. I "think" the the subject note book was like $1.99 or $2.99 without tax. I can't remember the exact price right now. It is a fairly thick subject note book with lots of writing paper in it though for anyone that is interested. I bought it naturally because of the cover. (imagine that) The back has no art just so you know.
I also seen a really cool looking Wonder Woman 3D motion note book in the same aisle. It was smaller and cost like $3.99 each without tax. I do not have any pictures of it as I kind of hesitated to pick one up at the time. Although I am reconsidering buying some now the next time I go back to Tar-J.
^^^ Looks like Aquaman Got screwed outta a pic for the Folder... Interesting that they roll with Flash,.. with the Popularity of GL.
I understand the curiosity of which characters they go with with these things
---but, really, I don't think they put THAT much thought
into who was gonna fill that third spot on a measly notebook cover
other than "We need someone kinda popular that GRAPHICALLY
could fill in the spot between the World's Cash-Cows...ahem...I mean, the World's Finest"
"No. No no no no no no. You done got me talkin' politics. I didn't wanna'. Like I said y'all, I'm just happy to be alive. I think I'll scoot over here right by this winda', let this beautiful carriage rock me to sleep, and dream about how lucky I am." - Chris Mannix
