I'd like to say the Joker, but he's so overused I really can't stand him anymore...although I do have a fondness for the -70s series he had!

Solomon Grundy and The King Pin.I 'ld have to add Bizzaro also .Always loved how they were drawn in the comics.With there attitude and allaround bad guy outlook,there was no mistaking they were a villian.
