Who's alive-dead-come back from the dead these days?

Way I figure it, everyone who was dead is now, or will shortly be, alive again. Conversely, anyone alive in comics now, will be dead shortly. Soon they will all be dead...then alive again, only to die an untimely death, so they can be brought back again in a maxi -series where somebody dies.

The above is the abbreviated version of the current comic book writers handbook.

If that's how comic book writers think, perhaps we should try it out on them, and say "no worries, we'll revive you a bit later on".
