Is there anywhere to find good color reference?

I'm not a fan of the "pure white" face color. It looks too flat.
Love the changes you made, but how about also giving her a more natural skin tone, the "I don't get out much" skin tone?

I've always hated the black hair, and wanted to make her look like she actually would have in color...Elsa Lanchester had red hair and green eyes, re-wrapped the bandages also. I think she looks a lot better.

That's a hand colored black and white photo, not a true color photo, so that can't be judged as accurate. The eye color, for example is definitely wrong.

I agree though, that the white face looks off...time to go back to the drawing board.

I just got the Wolfman and Mummy figures in and will be redoing them as well.

Agreed. Just read that it was a April Fools prank made to the Monster community. Nonetheless, I like the color interpretation.

I just got the Wolfman and Mummy figures in and will be redoing them as well.

The Mummy is very flat--just dry-brushing on two shades of high-lights makes a world of difference. I used a medium yellow-gray and a lighter ivory-yellow.

From what I've heard, it's Universal that insists on the pure white face color.
