A couple of people have gone the Moon rout so I am late to the party for that one... How about Mutant from Galaxy X... You could go either way with his alliance (Ally or Enemy) to Silver Surfer. He has the Ability to draw powers from all of the Galaxies he has visited and his greatest powers come from whatever prevailing Galaxy he is in. In this Galaxy he draws his Image and powers from the Dark Side of the Moon!!!
