I bought a red head Barbie (Midge?) about 5 years ago or better to make a Barbara Gordon Batgirl. I should get off my duff and do that.

Power Girl
This one was all Cindy. She eyeballed an Olympic Swimmer Barbie with the appropriate hair-do. I've warped her mind!

Mary Marvel
SHAZAM! This was a group effort between Cindy, her Barbie pal Gwen, and a little bit from me. Gwen did a bang up job on the cape, and on attaching the yellow to the bottom of the pre-existing Barbie dress. Doc Mego boots of course!


Hawkgirl
This one is still in the works, but it's all Cindy. I'm going to help out with the helmet. The DCD Ross Hawkman helmet is just a fill-in for now. She's going for more of a Golden Age Hawkgirl look with the red top.

I just want to thank everyone again for their compliments. I have figured out that if Mattel won't make I just have to make it myself :O)

Several of the lastest super chicks have been on sale at Big Lots so you may want to check there. Also Tuesday morning :O)

The only bad things about these is that the gloves on Black Canary and Batgirl are painted on. Also they all have superheroine boobs so the fabric has to be reallll stretchy if you want to dress them in any other Barbie clothes. And yes its a new body developed for this line and no you shouldn't peek

As for us:

I'm hoping Chris will be able to take off work and get to go. I have to work that Saturday so I will be staying home with the kiddos. I am the adult programmer at our local library and that day is our summer reading program kick-off.
