"Steel-like jaws clacked away, each bite slashing flesh from my body - I used my knife and my hands, and when they were gone, my bloody stumps - and yet the turtles came."
Even though this figure isn't of Rick in Mission:Magic, I see it's reminded a lot of you of that great classic cartoon. So just for you, here's the intro:
"Do you believe, you believe in magic?
'Cos I believe, I believe that I do,
Yes, I can see I believe that it's magic
If your mission is magic your love will shine true."
I just got an e-mail from my friend. She just got the Rick figure and she was so happy! She said her first thought was that she never knew Rick had his own figure. She actually thought it was a REAL Mego (at first). So I guess we did our jobs, eh, Jessica? Thanks again!

That's pretty darn cool, in a chessy sorta way Never knew Rick Springfielld was a superhero. Only knew him from his music and General Hospital! Great job!
Here are photos of HardyGirl's other Rick Springfield.
This is the third human face I have painted. I added baby powder to the paint to help deaden the shine. Notice the hint of blush? Isn't he a cutie? The hair and boots were sculpted onto the figure. The outfit was hand/machine sewn by me, and I used permanent markers for the details (even his yellow boots). The blue cape is just a blue paper napkin cut up for the last minute photoshoot. He's still missing his real cape and belt in the photos, but HardyGirl already has those. Enjoy!
