Even though she is not finished, as far as client is concerned, she is. She is leaving me without belt, boots, heels. Oh well. Also it is a quickie belt. Buckle is quite sketchy but I wanted to see her almost complete before I send her off.
The eyes are easy because they are sculpted on. Paint white where the eyeballs are around the iris, let dry. Paint black on top of the iris. Let dry. Paint blue within the iris leaving an outline of black as thin as you can make it. Let dry. Then dot the center of the iris black. Let dry. Paint doll dots to represent reflected light. Paint around the rims of the eyelids and add a small swoop to make "cats eyes" makeup. Let dry. Add black on bottom of upper eye lids and also underneath the eyelids there will be a cavity. Paint that black and let dry. Add gloss on eyes. Boom. You are done.
I dug out the inside of the helmet with a dremel. Glued hair inside there with super glue. By doing it this way you are not altering the shape of the helmet.

Now if you could only teach me how you painted the eyes so perfect I'd be set!
