Those look great, Scott. Jessica's suggestion of printing on overhead projector plastic is a good way to go. The earpieces are tough to cut out, but they look very realistic when done.
    Looking for:

I'd be very surprised if Paul couldn't do such a project.

Wow...what astounding detail....I wish I had that sort of talent for fine-detailing.

This is why I have to 'commision' custom work....my hands are like baseball mitts...

Might come in handy. Not sure if I want my John Lennon (in my Beatles set I am working on) to have the granny glasses or not.
Probably go the glasses route since nobody has tackled an older styled Beatles Mego set.

I have been thinking about shrinky dink glasses. Make them on the computer printer 3 times the size needed...cut and bake...then bend into shape while the plastic is still hot. It will cool rapidly. Maybe when I get several small projects to try at one time I might set this up as en experiment.

That sounds like a wonderful idea!

I'm doing both. Set of '65-66 and '68-'69. Already got the hair and instruments. And these glasses would work like a charm.

We should get together, PM thoughts and maybe shoot ideas. I'm going for the older hippy look. I thought I was the only person that had this idea in mind. Guess I am one of several.
