Those look great, Scott. Jessica's suggestion of printing on overhead projector plastic is a good way to go. The earpieces are tough to cut out, but they look very realistic when done.

I have been thinking about shrinky dink glasses. Make them on the computer printer 3 times the size needed...cut and bake...then bend into shape while the plastic is still hot. It will cool rapidly. Maybe when I get several small projects to try at one time I might set this up as en experiment.sigpicComment
