Hi well finally manged to get some time to do some more work with this bad boy and get the back part of the chest piece about 99% done. So here is a quick update till the weekend when I hope to get the front part of the chest Piece done, if I can decide on what design to use or if I should create one in a simillar style to the Mego ones. Any views on this would be welcomed

I heated the strips on the side up with a hair dryer so that I could shape them to the body and then clamped them down till the plastic "set"


and here are 2 views of the back piece of the chest section for you




Still needs a bit of tweaking on the fit an then the front piece and it will be ready to be molded
