I'm really going to have to practice dotting the eyes though.

Awesome! No matter how much I love my husband, I enjoy when he goes out with friends and I can stay home and work uninterrupted on stuff like this. Thanks for posting those pics!
For the eye dots, what are you using? I like to use a sharpened toothpick, or if I'm adding the tiny highlight, the tip of a pin. Neither one works the best for strokes, but with practice they make great dots. I'm currently trying small lengths of fishing line in place of a brush for eyelashes.

The Wife went to Montreal to visit with the In Laws this weekend, so it was just me and the puppy hangin' out at home.

Between the G20 Craziness in Toronto and the torrential rain, we were stuck inside, so I decided to pull out my big bag of custom parts that I had been sitting on for a few years now and start painting and assembling.







I enjoyed it a great deal, particularly after hanging out at the custom table at Mego Meet. I'm really going to have to practice dotting the eyes though.
