    Apache Chief head for Shaman

Muscle body for Puck maybe? Its shorter than 8" (not really by enough though, Puck is pretty short), clothes would tone down the muscles, but has huge feet & hands.

      Man, that's a tough one...

There were some bootleg wrestling figures that are He-Man and Remco style but they're about an inch shorter.

I was able to find a photo of one:

The one on the left is a Remco figure. He's about 5.5 inches high (which could work as well and probably easier to find) and the bootleg Hogan figure in the middle is probably 4 to 4.5 inches high. He has the musculature Puck has as well as the small legs and squat physic.
Expectation is the death of discovery.

^This is what I'd suggest too. Add a black bodysuit with shortened sleeves/legs. You may be able to add trimmed Mego boots over it.
WANTED: Dick Grayson SI trousers; gray AJ Mustang horse; vintage RC Batman (Bruce Wayne) head; minty Wolfman tights; mint Black Knight sword; minty Launcelot boots; Lion Rock (pale) Dracula & Mummy heads; Lion Rock Franky squared boots; Wayne Foundation blue furniture; Flash Gordon/Ming (10") unbroken holsters; CHiPs gloved arms; POTA T2 tan body; CTVT/vintage Friar Tuck robes, BBP TZ Burgess Meredith glasses.

Excellent suggestion Mr Ghost. IMO I think the Remco would be the best choice, as his legs & boots are the most realistic.

These look like they were 'inspired by' Masters of the Universe, maybe that's another possibility? I could be wrong, I know virtually nothing about MOTU.

You'll need to dremel the existing plug, or add a piece of dowel as a replacement connector for the plug. You can also bulk up too-small plugs with vinyl hair bands or masking tape.

the one I posted looks just like Puck in the headsculpt. If you want to go with an unposable wrestler guy I guess that's ok.

There was a wcw line out a few years back. I used the Ric Flair figure for puck. The body unscrewed and with the head removed it took a resin cast easily. Trying to find a pic.
It's not a doll it's an action figure.
