Doc Mego has this Super Joe head and it Gabriel Lone Ranger Spot on this head sculpt was also similar to the 12 inch Mego magnet hands Robin. Or you can shrink a Gabriel LR head in acetone but it takes a long time to shrink these heads and you have to be careful not to rip em up too I'd just buy a super joe head.

So far all I've done is window shop, and price compare. Business has been slow lately and money is tight. With Mego-Eat this Sunday, I'm saving everything I can for the event.
Yes, I checked out the 'Super Joe' head over on Paul's site. It does look great! A little too good, to go beside a 'Cochise head-Tonto'. Although I'm sure there are better heads to use for these customs, I'm currently considering trying the hat and mask on a 'Bruce' head. I hope to make my purchases for this project, some time next month.

have you thought about sculpting these yourself?
You must try to generate happiness within yourself. If you aren't happy in one place, chances are you won't be happy anyplace. -Ernie Banks

While projects can come on an epiphany, the main reason I'm am not considering these head sculpts myself is, I would want them to be the likeness of C. Moore and J. Silverheels 1/9th scale. This is where I have to look at my abilities. I am not a real person character likeness sculpter. My skills are more toward the 2-D characters of comics and animation. Often I'm approached for comissions of real people likeness in sculpted form. I have to turn them down, or risk building a horrible rep of never coming through. It works the same in my drawing. While I've done some portraits, they were all on an inspiration of the moment. I cannot 'call this talent up', as I can with 2-D characters.

Don't know about that Dino. Seeing some of your works in progress and other characters you've done, I feel you can pull it off.

Thanks Ed, I never said it was impossible. I just believe that without the inspiration, it is not a good investment of my time.

                                Here's Scotty and Khan.........

I tried to match up the buckskin with dye, but matches better in person.
