That's the Space 1999 Maya head - Exotic Female with Red Rooted Hair Fully Painted Head - and it's still listed. I used that for a Female Romulan Commander, outfit from Brian L.

My kids and I are currenty using this head on a custom Vulture when we play Megos!

That's a good idea. Could use more wrinkles but right on target.

Holy Cow! I just remembered that I used the same head for my custom Spectre!
I did two like this, but the paint stays tacky on the rubber head, so for my next one I have made resin cast of it.
