Applause Dick Tracy conversion to Mego?

I still have that Dick Tracy head (minus the hat). I found him at a junk store. Anybody needs it let me know. I wanted it for the coat in which I took down to size for a Jubilee custom.

Here's Brick Tracy. I think I resewed the Applause pieces after I gutted the figure. I can't remember if the head would have worked or not.

Is that the Applause hat or another hat?
