I use those thin plastic colored student binders. I cut the shape and then ose a hole punch one one side and cut the other end into an arrow shape. fits and looks like a mego.

I never thought to use those binders! Great idea!

I've been using this craft foam. Its a little thick but its bendy and comes in all kinds of colors.

I use ProCreate. You can adjust the amount of hardening compound to reduce or increase flexibility. I have made Teen Titan Robin boots and gloves with it, for example...I'm really happy with it.

You can read about it here:

That is an incredible idea! Thank you so much for sharing.
If a Mego figure of God did not exist, it would be necessary for EMCE to invent him.

I love both the thin poly binders/dividers & the vinyl-clad binders--so Megoesque. Great for belts, & the vinyl can be used for capes, collars, trim.

                  Beach toys/balls are good, too.
WANTED: Dick Grayson SI trousers; gray AJ Mustang horse; vintage RC Batman (Bruce Wayne) head; minty Wolfman tights; mint Black Knight sword; minty Launcelot boots; Lion Rock (pale) Dracula & Mummy heads; Lion Rock Franky squared boots; Wayne Foundation blue furniture; Flash Gordon/Ming (10") unbroken holsters; CHiPs gloved arms; POTA T2 tan body; CTVT/vintage Friar Tuck robes, BBP TZ Burgess Meredith glasses.

I make the belts as I said, and the vinyl binders I buy and cut the vinyl off to restore 70's star wars capes. Make a pattern, use a hole punch for the arm holes which is too small of corse. Then pull the star wars figures arms through the holes and the arms make the perfect hole for you.
