Looks like he has a bad sunburn in the piture but from 5 feet he looks pretty good

Have not done Ponch yet, just his neck stem.

They dont look as bad in person. Camera flash really accentuates the red. From 5 feet away Jon looks okay. Not perfect by any means but better than gray!

Found a Peach and a Brown Sharpie. Used the peach on Jon and the Brown and Peach on Ponch to try and tone down the red.

if it truly is a fungus in the vinyl causing the graying why not use an antifungal cream or solution on the head for a few days/weeks and see what happens?

Time will tell. I only worked on Jons head for about 1/2 hour last night.

I thought you had to repeat the procedure several times for it to work. Regardless they look much better.
