I'm curious what technique worked best for you. I have used rubber cement thinner (which may not be on the current market in Canada; it's a brilliant way of removing most old price tags from cardboard blisters) but it fogged the bubbles edges. The fogging didn't show up when I placed the bubble against the new cardboard package, but it always bugged me that I couldn't figure out how to keep the bubble's edges fog-free.
Kindly let me know your thoughts.Comment

99% Isopropyl alcohol. Works like a charm on bubbles for me. Dries quick and doesn't leave any streaking/hazing to the bubble. Just make sure you don't get any on the card while you are doing it."When not too many people can see we're all the same
And because of all their tears,
Their eyes can't hope to see
The beauty that surrounds them
Isn't it a pity".
