Problems with profile picture edit

I seem to be one of the very few members who does not have a profile pic up,
I have been trying to, but each time I try to save the pic to profile,
it comes up as an invalid file. (driving me crazy)

It says the pic file has to be, 100x100 pixels or 64.0 KB whichever is smallest
I have tried both as well as entering smaller size KB, and I'm still getting
back that it's an invalid file.

I can't seem to figure this out, I must be missing something somewhere
but have no idea what I'm doing wrong.

If anyone can help me out, I would very much be greatful.

I've been having the same problem with changing my picture Avatar, I believe the Museum website programmer stated that he's trying to "remedy" the situation asap.
