BBTS have already added tariff fees into their price and there's always the chance the price could be a little lower when they actually have it in stock. I've had that happen with some preorders this past year.

Yesterday EE had pics of Sinestro with the other DC and today no pic . What up ? It's possible that was a Mcfarlane Sinestro that got mixed in with pics
Theres SDCC stuff getting shown . Somebody keeps ripping open Neca Batman 89 figures because I found 2 today at 2 seperate WalmartsComment

I was watching one of the Neca SDCC walkthroughs and saw that they have more live action DC figures planned. So going off past quarter scale and 7 inch releases...potentially Bale, Ledger, Cavill and Burt Ward. They also mentioned more comic ones as well...considering that they already went through all their Djordje Djokovic headsculpts, I wonder if they're going to get him to sculpt more comic style heads...hopefully ones that stylistically go better with the rest of the figures.Comment

I switched my order to Neca store the price was $37.99 ea and they did'nt have a tariff warning but payed for it now. Neca should do 8" cloth retros of the Phantom and Flash Gordon if they still have rights from 7" Defenders of the Earth lineComment

Agreed. I think they're ugly. But then again, I'm not their target customer. There's nothing special about the 8" format to me, it's the charm of Mego figures that makes it special. To me, the NECA figures are just slightly enlarged action figures that have the standard angry/grim facial expressions (well, except for the Adam West Batman, I guess). Given a choice between these and new DC stuff from Mego, I'd pick Mego 100% of the time. I have zero interest in these.I hate to be a Negative Nancy, but I don't like the looks of most of these. NECA is just reusing sculpts from previous releases and enlarging them. The comic Superman, Batman and Green Lanterns were created for 7" two packs with the heroes vs. Aliens and Predators. The sculpting on those all plastic figures were hyper-stylized and overly muscular, kind of like modern Total Justice figures. The big jutting jaws don't seem to jibe with the smooth cloth Mego aesthetic. Adam West and Christopher Reeve are reuses from the 7" and 18" figures NECA initially released nearly a decade ago. The West cowl is way too loose around his neck, and the Reeve sculpt looks very bland and outdated compared to a more modern offerings.
I should be really excited for these, but there's just something off about each of them that makes me pause. Maybe the final figures will work better.Comment
