Just saw that your order was placed via the online store and not Kickstarter, which explains why you haven't received an email with the tracking number. Fulfillment on the Comic Adventure Heroes Kickstarter has been completed, not orders placed through the ZICA Toys online store. Those won't be processed until I'm finished with the Sectaurs Kickstarter orders which will probably be in about a week.
