I'm a sucker for those 3.75" vintage Mego o-ringed figures, BTW.

The Fred Sloan robot featured in Dynamite's The Bionic Man comic was referred to as 'Maskatron'. It had a slight resemblance to the Kenner action figure.

Fingers are crossed for a battle-damaged Steve. I'd like to see some bionics!

    Thanks!

Like I've mentioned before, the 3.75" - 4" scale has always been my favorite with action figures, and that's primarily due to the Mego Comic Action Heroes and Kenner Star Wars lines.

Yes, some will have accessories. Oscar's briefcase is a good example.

With your press release you will list most of the figures coming down the pike. Kinda what Figures did with Batman. I like knowing what's coming in advance so I can plan for them. By the way I will buy all of them, plus any playsets you might come out with. Just take all my money now please. I can't believe I'm getting 4" and 8" figures from my favorite show as a kid. BBP and Zica rock!!!!!!

OSCAR, FEMBOT, ASTRONAUT STEVE, BARNEY HILLER, AND "MASKATRON" LIKE GUY. That puts us at 10 unless I forgot someone. My questions are, will we see additional figures announced at Comic Con? We know you guys can't make Jamie, but could more female characters be in the future for this line? Also, will the cardbacks on the line stay the same or could they change with future figure releases? Lastly, do you produce any protective cases for these figures to keep them mint on card. Thank you for your time.
Most of the figures that are planned for the line will be listed or shown on the press release. Some of the variants are being considered for exclusives so those won't be shown. I'm still waiting on information from NBC Universal but other than the Fembot there are plans for one more female character. The cardbacks will have the same basic layout throughout the line but the picture for each character will be different, just like Kenner did it back in the day. I actually did have a CAD file made for a protective case but I'm still not sure if they'll be available. However, the cardbacks are the standard 6" x 9" so most protective cases available from other companies should work fine.

I meant to put this in the BBP area instead of the Zica. I get confused because both are making SMDM. Which is a good thing by the way.
