That's the plan but unfortunately the character can't be called "Maskatron" for legal reasons. I threw out an idea to NBC Universal as a way to possibly get around it but they didn't want to take the chance, which I completely understand.

Thanks for keeping us in the loop. I'm sure they will be worth the wait. We all want you to stay in good with NBC. I will await the press release.

Once I get an approved press release I'll start taking preorders, which will hopefully be before the end of this month. It might be possible to see something released this year but it's still too early to tell. Odds are it will probably be early 2014. I've got prototypes and tooling masters finished for the first two figures so it would really be a matter of how soon the factory can fit the production into their schedule once I'm ready to move forward. As much as I would like to put some teasers out there you're going to have to wait until the official press release. Last thing I want to do is get on NBC Universal's bad side by not following the rules.

I'm glad this is happening Craig. I remember rolling around the idea with you over a year ago. Good things come to those who wait! Can't wait to see these!

Sounds like a plan. Shoot me a PM when you are ready to start taking pre-orders.
