If one did not want to give out royalty monies, the myths are public domain. The story of Perseus, Andromeda, and Medusa is old enough to be etched into the sky. It only gets tricky when you try to use actors portraits or specific character designs as viewed in copyrighted motion pictures/tv shows.

World's Greatest Hero's of Myth or World's Greatest Mythological Monsters - don't think anyone has a trademark on that.... yet.

Did they make one for Andromeda?

If not, and ZICA picks up this line, then maybe we can use the upcoming female figure as that character.

I think the main appeal of Wrath of the Titans is that it's evocative of Clash of the Titans without infringing on the $$$ film version(s) while (hopefully) putting some coin in Harryhausen's pocket (ditto Sinbad).
