A is a winner. Perfect for Vampirella or other retro type characters.

Maybe she could be used for a decent Xena custom.

You know that we all want one of those.

As well as Wonder Woman, Isis, Catwoman, Romana I, and a lot of other characters.

Do "A" in a red Head...and we've got the Black Widow. I'm really excited for these Heads...the possibilities are ENDLESS!

              Craig,

Makes sense for B in black. I think that's pretty generic.
If colors, I vote for a redhead with this shade:

Have you considered releasing a a bald female head and having a group of wigs for the customer to choose from?

That's already been suggested and personally I don't think it would work well at that scale. Whether Velcro was used or a snap on type feature I feel like the hair would be slightly raised off of the head which would look odd.

The idea would be to have the heads sculpted to allow for a wig to be glued into place. The circumfrance of the wigs hair line would all be the same, so if the entire scalp was recessed about 1/16" it would be a seamless. All the wig sizes should be the same, only the color, style and length would vary. I used the same idea when I sculpted my Goblin head.

There are other companies that use the wigs and they are great. I think this would be the way to go. It would allow the customizer to have many more options and it would cut down on production costs. Just an opinion.

I agree. pre-rooted hair is better, plus it's not that hard to re-root a head, anyway. Time consuming, yes but not hard based on my experience.

I vote for bald heads, but not so that we can put wigs on them.

I figure this way, we can give them any color hair we want with a doll needle.

Depending upon how hard the head is, it shouldn't be too difficult to do a rooting job.

This way, we can make it long, short, medium; red, black, brown, blonde, white, green, purple, blue, orange, yellow, or streaked.

                            Very true.

                            Craig,
I think this should be an option as well. Sell pre-rooted and bodies with bald heads as well.

                            I vote for bald heads.

Wouldn't it be easier to do a hair swap with a rooted hair head simply because you could remove the original hair and use the existing holes?

But then you are stuck with holes that won't fit a different cut.
It works great for replacing hair color but when it comes to styles, new holes will need to be made. This is what I learned on videos for re-rooting Blythe doll heads.
Also, one might want a mohawk so it wouldn't look good with holes in the scalp.
