Female Head Sculpt Paint Master

Here's a pic of the paint master for the head sculpt that I recently received from the studio. Considering this head is 1/9 scale I'll be very happy if the factory can get close to the same level of detail with the paint apps.

Hey Craig, will it be especially hard to give these girlies a reroot if the occasion calls for it?

Maybe a bald head would be a good idea, that way, no one will have to go through the trouble of scalping the head, in order to do a reroot job.

I honestly have no idea how hard it would be to reroot one of these heads but this link might be helpful. Seems to me the same technique could be used on a 1/9 scale vinyl head.

You said that these girlies would be ready sometime around the second quarter of the year?

That would mean that they'd be out in either May or June of this year (hopefully).

Or are you looking at a third quarter release, which would mean sometime around July or August?

I'm aiming for the second quarter but it could get pushed back to third, or possibly the fourth. Being as I need the body for Wilma and Ardala in the second series of Buck Rogers figures I'm trying to get it done as quickly as possible.

I really don't think the body will be delayed until the 4th quarter. A lot depends on how strong the Buck Rogers sales will be and so far everything indicates they will be very strong.
