I haven't got My Scotty & Keeper Sets yet from My Friend...but I just saw one in Newberry Comics...Man, are all the Collars messed up like that? I don't understand...Kirk, Spock, McCoy were all fine...what happened to Mr.Scott?
As soon as I saw your post, I knew what you meant. Every pic I see, Scotty's collar is jacked up. I have my fingers crossed for my set, coming in the mail, but I am expecting the worst.
I got several cases of Scotty and the Keeper and on the vast majority the collar
is fine. Sometimes the collar is kept down by a spot of glue - if the assembler
forgets to do that, the collar may pop up.
I saw one yesterday that had the collar problem and I put the tiniest dot of
fabric glue on the underside of the V of the black collar and held it in place
for a second or two. All better.

Whew! I feel better! If Mine comes like that...I'll use Your "fix"!
I guess it'll be a lot harder if you keep your figures still sealed in the plastic case...
I have all the vintage ones loose, and I'm keeping the new ones sealed...
