We are sorry to inform you that Diamond Select over allocated pre-orders for the Deadpool Limited Edition 8-Inch Retro Action Figure Set. Because of this, they did not have enough product to distribute to all pre-orders. Our vendor has offered a "replacement" if you are interested. They are offering the Marvel Lady Deadpool Bishoujo Statue, which sells for $81.99. The vendor has these in stock and can be shipped within a week. Or, of course, we can offer a full refund. Please reply to this email to let us know what you would like us to do. Again, we apologize for this and hope that this has not caused an inconvenience. Planet Front Street

That statue for "replacement" is around $60 to $65 other places! I will never even look at their website again. What a joke since the day before this email was sent to me, they had two more available on the site for pre-order.

A set just popped up on Ebay appx $90 shipped.

What it amounts to is that we all floated them an interest free loan for several weeks/months.

It's particularly rotten that they pulled this sort of stunt after charging us all fully in advance.

I swear people scoop these up, then turn around and sell on eBay upping the price$$$
knowing that they will be in demand. I think companies might have to start limiting stuff like
this to one per order, just for that fact, probably won't, but should consider it.

Some of these on eBay are pre-sales, so you may want to make sure they are in-hand just in case the pre-order falls through.

CotswoldCollectibles , aka gijoeelite.com, still has it on Preorder. I hope they will stock it for those who want it. I ordered from them several times....never had any problems.

Yeah, BBTS has been the victim of DST before. Time will tell which other retailers get affected by the Deadpool shortchange.

Oh Teemu thou art so much wiser than I. Please bestow on us all who we should vote for this year? Who should we marry? When should we harvest?

If only we had consulted with thee when the decision to order toys was upon us, we all would be happily playing with them right now. But, alas we have nothing but emptiness in our hearts.

Please take your smarmy, pretentious comment and stick it on the shelf right next to your brand new Deadpool box set.
