Entertainment Earth bumped back their release date to March, while Diamond Select says "Spring". Hmmmm.

I hate to have to pay this much for this set but seeing how the movie is knocking it out of the park and the figures are limited I went ahead and order two sets on Amazon using my Amazon card before they get gone.

Pre-ordered. This will be my first Marvel Retro Figure set.

I'm looking forward to The Punisher and Daredevil sets too.

That's what I understand. If there were ever a retro series that would sell out, I bet this is it. This movie is already predicted to gross over $250 million worldwide, opening weekend, on a $58 million budget. Amazing. I have never been this excited for a new movie regarding what, for me, is really a pretty unfamiliar character. I knew of him, but not really anything of great detail about him. I am completely enchanted with this movie and the character now. I WANT this figure set.

Doesn't that mean more than 3,000 were ordered by the retailers, not that the retailers have sold that many? Retailers order based on what they expect to sell, so it would be an indication that the retailers expect him to sell well. Hopefully they are right and he sells out and is not discounted like the others.

I am not aware of us producing less Deadpools. 3,000 is our published edition size, and we would not limit production to a lower number in advance for no reason, especially on a character we expected to do well.

If orders are being allocated, then more than 3,000 were ordered, and we cannot make more than what we stated. I hope everyone is able to get one.

Whooohooo....this is the kinda' news I like to hear (even though I have no interest Deadpool). Let's hope this generates a "new" generation of mego fans. Looks like the line will continue
