Thor on pre order today

This set is good,ill buy a couple ,i dont really dig that new thor head with the painted hair,but perhaps it will be better in hand,Dr donald
blake should have been in a suite with tie and a lab coat ,I cant remember ever seeing blake transform into thor while in surgery,well
i guess he could hang out with the rudy brothers from smdm and that custom Zombie surgeon figure from that Zombie kit.But EE has these

Thor not until November and only 1 new set at SDCC for when 2016?! Not frequent enough to compete with FTC flood of DC Megos due in 2015!

November will have a lot of FTC stuff coming out but I do wan't Classic Thor because the real Mego is too high priced.

I don't think any of the prototype sets had a booklet shown in them, just the outfits and accessories.

Not a lot of enthusiasm about this set . November is a long time to wait for Thor and too much cool stuff from FTC. I don't know if there is any more
after Thor but if the Q.C is bad it probably won't matter

I mainly want Mego Thor since I never had him, Saw him, Conan and Fantastic 4 at TG&Y in 1976 when I was 6 when they 1st came out. I was a DC fan thanks to Super Friends, Adam West, Lynda Carter, etc. Wasn't familiar with Marvel. Now though I wish a Mego of every Marvel character could be sold for $25 each!

I looked back on Mego Buzz and it was Monday April 21. 2014 "Diamond announces 8" Marvel figures" I read that headline on my phone at break at work and was so excited until I saw it was the $80 figure + 3 costumes sets! What a letdown. I was expecting 4 single figures for $25 each in a wave like FTC. Spider-Man, Peter Parker, Green Goblin, and Lizard original Megos. Then DST EMCE could make remaining original Megos- Avengers and Fantastic 4 waves then NEW like X-Men! Maybe someday.

I've liked all the sets and to me Thor looks great. I have a Hemsworth head that will look great in the modern suit. I'll put the new head with the repro Mego Thor suit. The Don Blake head might end up as Two-gun kid.
